Techhound
Techhound is a vertical search engine, for IT news and companies, developed for VNU Business Media Europe, it went live in December ’06, making use of Terrier search technology developed by the University of Glasgow.
I was responsible for the branding, design and development of the front end. Following the break up of VNU Business Media Europe in early '07, Techhound was acquired by Incisive Media. The site is currently offline while the backend technology is reviewed.
